C - Nai hk cafe & spinelli

met yang after my ballet on a saturday for dinner
comed the whole thomson area but couldnt decided on what to have for dinner
and the amazing part was he suggested my favourite of all - TCC
but i didnt want
haha
reason being i was too lazy to go to the nearest one
when i only remembered there's one at novena
























settled for the hong kong cafe at novena area
which was way better than the tong shui cafe
of course
it's like for the price u pay there also la
tong shui is one of the lower end of hong kong food we can have i felt
in fact noodle per plate can cost as low as SIN4.99 la
but then again
it's the price you pay for the quality
i think the reason tong shui cafe stands out is partly because they open till wee hours in the night
and the toast are not too bad
lol
























































i kind of dislike the beef noodle that i ordered that day
it was pretty bad that i left 3/4 of it untouched
okay okay
maybe partly because my stomach wasnt feeling so good
well, it always happen on a saturday
because my first meal of the day is my breakfast
which is taken at 730am
and then i'll work till 1pm
n leave my workplace for ballet
which is from 230-630 or longer
depends how long the rehearsal can get
so that means about 12 hours w/o food
i kind of hate the sat rushing to ballet routine la~
but, it's over already
cause performance's over too
=)














the X.O carrot cake which is one of their signature
a must try/ must order dish whenever i visit this place

like how people who knows me best

so yang n i walked down to novena square
and settle for spinelli as TCC are all closing at 10
whereas spinelli closes at 11













yang was so randomly being a rubbish that day
that he insist i go place my orders at the counter
reason being: it was a guy at the counter
which he totally regretted afterthat
because there was this very lovely/pretty eye candy working there also
and he started blaming me for not letting him go over to talk to her
HOW RANDOM can~
and when he whines that he's single
he'll blame it on me!
like wtf la

the chocolate was way better than the blueberry cheesecake
i think i'm eating all the blueberry cheesecakes n chocolate ones
lol




anyway
on the way back
yang was being crappy, yet again

because my freaking bus took damn long to arrive

halloween

the great gang of peeps i was out with on halloween
i dont especially celebrate halloween in fact
but sharon darling was so sweet to ask what i was planning to do on halloween
so i throw the same question back to her
and she said she actually wanted to chill
thus we decided to spent the just-another-day/halloween together
=D



















we both had our dinners separately in town
meeting up only after we had our dinners
yes
that was the second time i had crystal jade consecutively in two days
but such food never seems to make one sick of it though
=)


















we then make our way to chijmes
all thanks to caifu
the responsible driver of the night
who did not touch a single bit of alcohol
he should be given an award, like seriously
not a single sip!

singaporeans are really well know for being kiasu can
i was looking at the seats online n discussing it with sharon dear
within mins
the seats that we wanted were taken up!
n it was a movie screening at the time of 940pm

i've been addicted to strongbow cider
although it is not as easy on the throat
but i love the sweet taste
especially when daryl will get the staff to add in blackcurrent syrup
taste totally like a gassy sweet drink

we were real lucky to have this funny dude to serve us for the night
when deciding what drinks to have
caifu n sharon decided to leave it to the fate of the guy
thus we have no idea what sharon had for the night
but it was just as she wanted
light, and sweet
which is like the lady =D














this is the girl
whom i concede defeat
like mentioned earlier on
we were "fighting" for the back seats
n sharon darling insisted she wants the back seat
n type this sentence to me when i asked why should i give it to her
"cause u love me mah"
n i went all quiet
stop whatever i wanted to type in order to continue the cat fight over the seats

they say
when a couple get together for many years
their features will start to change a little
and the couple will start to look more like one another
i think i believe in that
because i think sharon n caifu really have the
what people call
"couple-face"














it's not about having the big eyes/small eyes
the sharp/flat nose
but it's just the impression leaves
be it the first time someone else met them
of friends that knows them for almost a decade

chijmes wasnt as exciting as what most people said
it wasnt really as crowded too
of course
u get to see people who really dressed up for this occassion
which i really salute la
cos i dont think i'll ever wear like a ghost
with tons of white foundation on my face
and that eye liner that smudge
to make me look like a real ghost
n win the best dress-alike award






































my new asos dress that i'm in love with
chiffon has never been my style
but i love the frills
just that although it states it's UK6
it's still rather big
n sharon darling totally agrees with that
hahahaha
thinking of sending it to alter
which is damn troublesome
but if i dont alter
i prolly wont wear it another time

self timer must have been one of the smartest invention in a digital camera i would say
all thanks to this function
capturing all the ones involved in this date has never been so easy
without thinking of getting some random people to help to take e pictures
n especially after getting some random people to assist
the picture still turns out so good that
we cant tell who is who
lol




and of course
the lovely guy who served us saw me using the timer mood
n offer to help us
n the peekture below was taken by the great dude =)
but i think
my skills are better

enough of self praise!
but i definately had a great night
it was just a night
whereby all we wanted
was to chill
at a place not loud to make us shout into our ears
yet cosy enough to make us relax
n speak as loud as no one will come over to ask us to shut up
n laugh as heartily to burn to fats

high school musical

watched high school musical 3  on 30th october
although i didnt watch the 1 n 2
but i enjoyed the 3 la!
the bimbo in the show is damn entertaining
lol
n i'm falling for their sound tracks!

























met james at douby ghaut before we had our dinner
as the movie was at 9+
no fanciful places for dinner that day
as we both are craving for something simple
lol

























































did i mentioned i had crystal jade for consecutively 2 days in a row

first was on thursday when i met james for his belated birthday dinner
was suppose to met him on sunday
but i have a rehearsal at telok ayer
n this fren of mine bought me herbal tea

i got so addicted to the root beer float despite the fact that i didnt like gassy drink
but the ice cream seems to "melt" the gassy-ness in the drink away

everyone was so full after the main course
(so am i)
but i wanted to satisfy my sweet tooth

for all five of us
