Singapore flyers

At a height of 165m, Singapore Flyer is the world’s largest Giant Observation Wheel and is set to be one of Asia’s biggest tourist attractions.
Featuring fixed capsules the size of a bus, the spectacular monument is capable of holding up to 784 passengers. Each capsule has a 28 person capacity and each revolution takes approximately 30 minutes.

vincent came n pick me up after work, where i was clueless on where were we heading to. it was only when we reached the flyers, then he passed me the "boarding pass"

the place was set up in a way that it makes u feel like u're getting out of singapore, like how i always go to batam/bintan

the passage way to the cabins
doesnt it resembles the those that we take while on the way to board the planes? haha

the whole cabin does not pause n wait for u to hop on
thus, u have to just hop in as n when u are ready
fret not, the moved at a real SLOW SPEED~ duh

Singapore Flyer capsules are fitted with the latest cooling system, supported by a back-up air conditioning system and a solid roof. Passengers need not suffer from the heat when the capsule is 165 metres above the ground, for the capsules are fitted with UV protection to shield them from the blazing Singapore sun. The precision wind engineering also allows passengers to sit back, relax, and enjoy the spectacular skyline without worrying about any movements or vibrations.
Ergonomically designed, each capsule measures 4 metres by 7 metres and has an interior space of 28 square metres, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 28 passengers. The flyer also has elderly and wheelchair friendly synchronised double door entry/exit systems.
blue neon light was used inside the cabin
i guess it was to make it 'more romantic'
but
i think it feels like some clubbing place though. hahaha

headed for dinner at Jalapeno's Pepper
Located at: Level 2, #02-01
Tel: (65) 6333 1017
Opening hours: Daily from 8.30am - 10.30pm

Adventurous diners and families can savour the culinary delights of American, Mexican, Italian and Latino-influenced gourmet at the eclectic Jalapeno’s Pepper Steak & Seafood Café.

For Starters: we pick the Triple combo, which consisted of:-
combination of egg roll, buffolo wings and chicken tenderloin, served with honey mustard & avocado dressing
the egg roll was good, a mixture of capsicum, chicken and mushroom =)
vincent n i both felt the chicken reminds us of LJS. haha

For the main course,

Chicken Linguine (vincent's)
i aint no cream based fan, if u know me well
it's really creamy-fied, according to vincent
n he says it was good!

Spaghetti Bacon & Mushroom
it was bad~
seriously, it was bland, the spaghetti were just bland.
at least, i know TCC's still the best! hahaha

like i said, it feels like im back to singapore with the welcome signboard =)

thanks for the lovely day
although being o-so-romantic is not me
hahaha
