october's a month of the dains festival
where there are tons of performances
be it musical or dances
so the first performance we watched was the coppelia






i didnt really like it
=(
cause it was too drama mama
i was expecting to see solid dancing on pointe/soft shoes
but it was more of acting
of course there's some hoo-haa at certain point of time
but i felt it wasnt so much of something i can remember
the whole performance felt like some fashion show
as the dancers were clad in big dresses
well, at least there's something entertaining about this performance
lol

as they were drinking there with their colleagues
when i was there
i saw my bestie
almost drunk
cause she was damn high already la
so the colleagues
poured a glass of volka with super little 7-up
asking me to drink
wa lau
i cannot drink for nuts can
so i got yang to finish for me
then
they gave me another glass
saying it was fireman's
so no choice
i drank part of it
fireman came back
took the glass from my hand
n finished it
i was like
"wtf" can
i mean he obviously drank alot already
n i told him i'll just finish it
not like that one glass will kill me
but i just try not to drink as much as i can la
n if all the drinking several glasses of volka is not enough
fireman still took a bottle of heinken
which kristal n i were trying to take away from him
because he was obvious drunk already
how do i know?
because he talks non-stop
(for people who've met him, i bet your peeps know how QUIET fireman is)
he was talking to kristal non-stop since i've met them la
n on the cab back
fireman KO-ed
kristal had to carry his extremely heavy bag n sent him up to his house
man
i seriously do not like to see any of my friends drunk











saturday (11/10/08)
met daryl to town before meeting yang n miss OL for laura's concert
natalie was suppose to watch the performance with us
but as she was sick n had lotsa school stuffs
she couldnt make it last min
n it was super duper nice of miss OL to agree to go in her place
as she was sick herself

NAFA took part in every year's dain festival
not to forget joyce, yang n i went to watch the 2007 one last year
this year one spells spooky
lol
the second item consist of 1 male dancer with 2 female dancer
with lighting so dim
and music effect that sounds so eerie
miss OL n i felt that it was a performance more suitable for the month of july
the 3rd item was total spooky
the lead dancer came out wearing white
with joss sticks in her hands
walking so slowly in her heels
so all we hear was the sound of the heels
n smell the smell of joss sticks
not to mentioned there's another dancer wearing red standing at the back
can u picture how it looks like
n laura were telling us the main dancer seems a bit too immerse in her roles
whenever she's rehearsing
i can totally feel that in her man
















for once i saw miss OL not in office wear
