One Rochester
houses here are refurbished from the 70-year old colonial black and white bungalows
which were once, the homes of British officers
situated close to the busy North Buona Vista Road
u can choose either indoor dining
or alfresco under the stars surrounded by beautiful luscious greenery













i had a lil free suntanning
as it was scorching hot on a sunday morning
we planned to have breakfast together
n noticing such good weather
richard decided to forgo the metal shell
n opt for convertible style
n lucky for me
i never hated the sun n wind
=)







there were 5 restaurants situated in rochester park
richard suggested Graze
which he's yet to try before




























i was surprised one actually has to call in and make reservations
but lucky for us
the lady at the counter actually spares a table out for us
=)





homemade sauces were prepared for each table
with the date of manufactured n it's validity
i was so in love with the lavender homemade honey
which smells strongly of plum
*yum yum*















unlike the sugar packs which we often see at cafes
this place does the extraodinary
by serving brown n white sugar cubes





























it was like a out-of-singapore feeling
whereby the ambience was totally relaxing
n people that surrounds are mostly caucasians
in fact
we are the only table with chinese-looking humans
lol





























lightly toasted bread serves with butter and homemade strawberry jam
it seems like a morning call to wake up my stomach for more tasty food!

i love the bacon n mushrooms

havent had american breakfast for real long
let's exclude the mac donalds
the reason i didnt like the country potato was because they kept the potato skin also
before grilling it
n i'm not so much of a potato skin fan
joycey sweetheart would totally love that la!

banana pancake
-smothered in grilled bananas, walnuts and redcurrent syrup crowned with whipped butter of ice cream
of course
i picked the ice cream
teeheeheehee



we both preferred the iron pan more as we felt this was pretty normal
the banana pancake didnt have very strong taste of the bananas
but i must say the grilled bananas were very well handles
not overcooked,
just nice
so topped with ice cream
is wa-wa-licious
=)















and afterwhich
daryl n i went to [connected]
featuring Louis Koo, Barbie Hsu, Liu Ye
n lucky the dont-really-understand friend did not complain about the show
n in fact he felt it was better than the english one
he was so immerse with the show that he kept saying
"不要挂 电 话"

we had our second rehearsal for the spanish item for chingay 2009 on sunday
miss mm's friend debbie came to watch us
n video-ed our rehearsal
we were expecting it to be rather messy
afterall it's only the second rehearsal
and we've changed some steps here and there
but
i was so proud of all my friends la
because i think we looked REALLY GOOD
=)
next rehearsal was pushed to saturday instead of the regular sunday
n i'm not sure if i can make it for class
